A healthy crock-pot soup with ground beef, three kinds of beans, pasta or rice and plenty of fresh vegetables.
Brown beef and onion; add celery and carrots and continue to cook for about 5 minutes. Add mixture to crock pot and pour in broth and tomato soup.
Add spices and cook on high for four hours. Add pasta and continue to cook for 2 hours or until pasta or rice are done.
Notes:
I sometimes add a small chopped zucchini and half cup of frozen corn.
You can add any vegetable you like.
