Best Cheesy Potatoes

This big-batch potato recipe is great for potlucks. Cheesy and rich, it's easy with frozen potatoes and condensed soup.
Ingredients
- 1 2-lb. package frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of celary soup
- 1 8-oz. carton dairy sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt or seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 4-ounce package shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a well greased 3-quart rectangular baking dish, cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Crock Pot: Put mixture into a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker on low-heat setting for 3 1/2 hours.
