Chicken & Rice dinner

Skinnless, boneless chicken breasts are cooked in the crock pot with condensed cream of mushroom soup and frozen peas & carrots.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 oz frozen carrot & peas
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cup instant rice (uncooked)

Method

Put everything in the crock pot, except rice. Let chicken cook on high for 4 hrs. To serve, make instant rice according to package directions; spoon chicken and gravy over rice.

 

Notes: Very simple but great for busy people.
