Chocolate Fudge Cake

Mayonnaise acts as a little something different in this chocolate cake, and supplies the oil for moistness and tenderness. The cocoa-based cake is baked in a special pan, in a slow electric cooker.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tbs. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Method
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, & beat with a electric mixer for 2 minutess. Pour into a greased & floured Bread 'N' Cake Pan. Cover. Bake in covered Crock Pot on high heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours or until done.
