
Pumpkin cubes are cooked with flour and spice coated pork chops. Pour over mushroom soup with garlic and orange juice for a citrus twist.
Place the pumpkin pieces in bottom of slow cooker. Combine the 2/3 cup of flour, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in a small bowl. Thoroughly coat the chops in this mixture and place the chops on top of the pumpkin. Combine the soup with the mushrooms, orange juice, honey, brown sugar and the 3 tablespoons of flour. Pour over the chops. Cover and cook on high for about 4 hrs.. OR--cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve on cooked wild rice with a green vegetable.

This is one I have done with chicken and sweet potatoes, but keeping with the Halloween theme, I substituted the pumpkin. Yummy!!
