Creamy Chicken & Green Chilies

Condensed soup makes this slow cooker recipe even easier. Stir together with wine, sour cream, chicken, and vegetables for a creamy mixture to serve over rice.
Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4-ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 3/4-ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c water
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- 1 c dairy sour cream
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 small can (4 oz.) diced green chilies

Method
Mix soups, water, wine & sour cream well. Combine with all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
