Creamy Chicken

A fast and easy crock-pot meal--just add two cans of soup and some carrots to frozen chicken breasts and dinner is served.
Ingredients
- 4-5 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 large can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1-2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup milk

Method
Place frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot add both cans of soup over chicken. Add carrots, seasoned salt and milk over top. Cook on low for about 5-6 hours.
