Ingredients:
| 2 | Chicken Boullion Cubes, or equivalent chicken granules |
| ½ cup | Water |
| 1 | Medium-sized Whole Chicken, to fit in slow cooker |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| ½ tsp | Pepper |
| 12-16 oz pkg | Wide Egg Noodles, or desired amount |
Directions:
Place boullion cubes (or granules) and water in large crock pot. Wash, pat dry, and season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken in crock pot, cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours, checking after 4 hours to see if chicken is done and juicy. Once chicken is done, add noodles, making sure noodles are fully emerged in chicken juices. Let noodles cook for approximately 10 minutes, until cooked, but not soggy. Remove chicken and place in large casserole dish, pouring noodles and juices over chicken. Serve hot.
