Wash hens and set aside. Place taboule in a small bowl. Dice 1/4 of onion with 2 tablespoon of olive oil, then mix. Add lemon juice to mixture. Stuff hens and squeeze lemon juice on the outside. Bake in crock pot cook until tender and cooked through--about 4-6 hours.
A simple recipe for a wonderful dinner which takes less than 30 minutes to start in the crock pot. Your clean up time will be minimal, and once you try this, you can get a bit more creative with your spices.
