Using a few other store bought items, this meal is a cinch and super delicious.

Ingredients:

Pork Loin or Shoulder
Seasoned Salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika to taste
Cayenne Powder, optional
½ White Onion, sliced
1½ cups Barbecue Sauce
Sriracha Sauce, optional
1 pkg Prepared Coleslaw
Hamburger Buns

Directions:

Season the pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne powder to taste. Pour half of the barbecue sauce in a crock pot. Place pork on top and cover with remaining sauce. Add sriracha and onion slices. Cover and set on low heat for 10 hours. Once the meat has cooked through, remove from crock pot and shred meat. The meat should be very tender. Return meat to crock pot and mix with the juices and sauce. Cook on low for another 20 minutes to further stew the meat. Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns. Arrange meat on buns and top with coleslaw.

Helpful Tips:

Keith thought he would try to make pulled pork and let it simmer and cook all day in the machine while we were at work. That way, dinner would be easy-peasy and we'd have more time to chill out and relax, rather than slaving away in the kitchen. Using a few other store bought items, this meal is a cinch and super delicious. Check out Keith's Crock-Pot Pull Pork Sandwich.
