Crock Pot Roast on a Budget

Throw it in, turn it on, crock pot roast and vegetables with outstanding flavor.

  • Cook Time: 8 to 9 hours
  • Total Time: 8 hours & 10 minutes

Ingredients:

3– 4 Pound
Roast (inexpensive Cut of Beef, pork, or wild game).
2 Packages
Brown Gravy Mix
1 Package
Beef Stew Mix
1 Tablespoon
Minced Garlic With Juice

Carrots,
Sliced or Diced
1 2
Green Bell Peppers
1
Onion, sliced
3
Green Onions
6 Small
Red Potatoes,
Whole or Quartered
or
2 (1/2" Cubed Russets)
Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper To Taste
1 Teaspoon
Creole Seasoning
or To Taste
Water

Directions:

Throw all ingredients in the crock pot (onions first, then meat, taters last)

Add water until it covers the roast and other ingredients.

Cook down until tender, (8 to 9 hours) adding water as necessary.

Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.

Store leftovers in fridge for up to one week.

Change, add or adjust seasonings to taste.
