Crock Pot Roast On a Budget

|Roast (inexpensive Cut of Beef, pork, or wild game).|
|Brown Gravy Mix|
|Beef Stew Mix|
|Minced Garlic With Juice|
|Sliced or Diced|
|Green Bell Peppers|
|Whole or Quartered|
|2||(1/2" Cubed Russets)|
|Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper To Taste|
|or To Taste|
Throw all ingredients in the crock pot (onions first, then meat, taters last)
Add water until it covers the roast and other ingredients.
Cook down until tender, (8 to 9 hours) adding water as necessary.
Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
Store leftovers in fridge for up to one week.
Change, add or adjust seasonings to taste.
