Crockpot Lasagna

Here's an easy-to-make lasagna that gets prepared right in the crockpot.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 lb(s) canned tomato sauce
  • 12 oz Kraft 2% Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 16 oz 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 12 oz Mueller's lasagne noodles
  • 1/2 cup(s) PA Dutchman canned mushrooms

Method

Spaghetti sauce in place of tomato sauce. 1/4 sauce in crockpot, then noodles, 1/3 of cottage cheese, mozz cheese. Repeat 2X. Low 4-5 hours or High 2 hours.
