Crockpot Potato Soup

Potatoes are cooked in a crock pot with ham and vegetables. Cheez Whiz is added near the end to make the soup cheesy and creamy.

Ingredients:

• Potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces, (need enough to fill a 3 1/2 qt. crockpot half full)
• 1 carrot, diced  
• 1 medium onion, chopped  
• 1/4 lb. ham, diced  
• 1 t. chicken bouillon granules
• 5 cups water  
• 1 tsp. salt  
• 1/2 t. white pepper  
• 1 large can evaporated milk  
• 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz

Method

Put potatoes in crock pot and stir in the rest of the ingredients except milk and Cheez Whiz. Cook on low heat setting for 6-8 hours, stirring in milk and cheese during the last hour.
