Easy Cheesy Chicken Alfredo

Cook cubed chicken in milk and alfredo sauce mix in this recipe. Mushrooms and vegetables are added with pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 pouch Alfredo Sauce Mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 4 ounces uncooked pasta
- (spaghetti)
- 12 oz. Boneless Chicken
- breast - cubed
- 15 ounces frozen broccoli
- (or broccoli/cauliflower
- blend)
- 4-6 oz.canned mushrooms,
- undrained
- 2 tablespoons Italian
- Seasoning
- 1 12-oz. Can Evaporated Milk

Method
In slow cooker whisk together Alfredo Sauce Mix, milk and water. Break uncooked pasta in half and add with chicken, broccoli and mushrooms. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and pour evaporated milk over the top. Cook 4-5 hours at a slow simmer. Serves 4-6.
Notes: The flavors and sauce cook into the pasta, vegetables and chicken - you can garnish with diced fresh (or canned) tomatoes and basil.
