|Corn or Flour Tortillas|
Place whole chicken breasts in crock pot, thawed or frozen. Mix taco seasoning with water until dissolved. Pour over chicken and stir to coat. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 4-6 hours, depending if frozen or thawed. Chicken is done when it falls apart easily using a fork. Use two forks to easily shred chicken. Serve with warm tortillas and favorite toppings.
Very healthy family friendly recipe. When served with corn torillas, each taco has about 150 calories. Great for potlucks too. Crock pot cooking times vary.
