Leftovers Are New Again Soup

Looking for a way to use up all the leftovers crowding your refrigerator? Try this quick and easy soup for a delicious solution.
 

Ingredients

  • Broth from left over turkey or chicken carcass (about 1 quart, you may use low sodium chicken broth if needed)
  • Left over gravy (one cup)
  • Left over vegetables (2 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lime pepper
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Method

Place all ingredients into crock pot heat on high two hours.

 

Notes: A fun way to finish off leftovers. Serve with a green salad and hot rolls.
