
Pork tenderloin cubes and Polish sausage slices are cooked in the crock pot with sauerkraut & apple, in broth flavored with caraway & vinegar.
Combine all ingredients in crockpot;
cook for 6 to 8 hrs on low.
Notes:
If you want it a little bit sweeter you can add a cup of raisins.
