Prepare in a crock pot or bake in the oven and still get a juicy-finger-licking tangy dish.

Pork Ribs
½ Onion, sliced
1½ cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Vinegar
½ Tbsp Garlic Powder
½ Tbsp Parsley
½ Tbsp Oregano
½ Tbsp Black Pepper
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
Paprika, to taste
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Mustard
Hot Sauce or Cayenne Pepper, to taste

Layer ribs in a crock pot. Top with onions. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over ribs. Cook for 2–3 hours on slow heat until very tender.

Helpful Tips:

As my residential meat-lover, Keith has a homemade barbeque sauce that he makes only with ribs. It is a spin off a version his father made and Keith has tweaked here and there over the years. This next installment of What Micky Eats...At Home features Keith's Ribs with Barbeque Sauce made in one of my favorite kitchen tools, the crock pot.
