Sauerkraut & Shortribs

Cold day? Warm up when you get home to a crockpot full of beef ribs and sauerkraut.

  • Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

4 cans Sauerkraut, drained
3 lbs Beef Short Ribs
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 cup Beef Broth

Directions:

Add 1 cup of beef broth to slow cooker, sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper, then add to slow cooker. Drain sauerkraut and add to slow cooker. Put on lid, set slow cooker to low and cook at least 8 hours, or until ribs are fork tender.

Helpful Tips:

Serve with butter rolls and salad.
