Sauerkraut Soup

This soup cooks hot sausage links, sauerkraut, onion, potatoes, carrots, celery, dillweed and cream of mushroom soup a crock pot or kettle.

Ingredients:

• 2 potatoes, diced
• 2 carrots, chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 5-6 fresh mushrooms, chopped
• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
• 4-5 cups water
• 5-6 tsp chicken boullion
• 1 16 oz jar sauerkraut, drained
• 4 hot sausage links, diced
• 1 tsp pepper
• 2 Tbsp dillweed
• 2 Tbsp white vinegar
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Method

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot and cook on high until all vegetables are cooked thoroughly. You can also mix in large pot and cook on medium-high on stove top until veggies are tender.
