
This soup combines chunks of bratwurst, carrots, potatoes, cabbage and canned tomatoes, cooked in chicken broth in a crock pot.
Poke holes in brats and cook in skillet just until browned. Cut brats into bite-size pieces along with carrots, potatoes and cabbage. Add all to crock pot with water and bouillon cubes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until vegetables are tender.
Notes:
Serve with bread and butter.
