|2½ - 3 lb||Chicken Thighs or Drumsticks|
|1× 16 oz can||Whole Cranberry Sauce|
|2 Tbsp||Dry Onion Soup Mix|
|2 Tbsp||Quick Tapioca|
|½ cup||Chopped Toasted Almonds|
Put chicken in crock pot. Mix together cranberry sauce, onion soup mix and tapioca and pour over chicken. Cook 5 to 6 hours on low or 2-1/2 to 3 hours on high. If sauce is too liquid, remover cover and cook on high for the last 20 minutes. Add almonds before serving.
Serve with Rice.
