Slow Cooker Deep Pit Beef


1 tsp Garlic Salt, or powder
1 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1½ tsp Liquid Smoke
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3– 4 lbs Beef Roast


Mix seasonings in small bowl. Spread over roast as a marinade. Cover tightly with foil. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Place roast in slow cooker. Cover with marinade sauce. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours. Save juice for gravy and serve with roast. Note: This is also good served cold, along with picnic foods.
