Strawberry Short Ribs

Short ribs are cooked in barbecue sauce and strawberry puree in this slow cooker recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs beef short ribs
- 1 C water
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 2 T minced fresh garlic
- 1 C strawberry puree
- 1 C of your favorite BBQ sauce

Method
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with steamed rice and a garnish of fresh strewberries.
