This sweet and tangy meal can be ready while you're at work! Throw these simple ingredients into the crock-pot and come home to a delicious dinner!

  • Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken
Salt & Pepper
1 cup Honey
½ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 cloves Minced Garlic
½ cup Diced Onion
Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
Cornstarch
Sesame Seeds

Directions:

Season both sides of the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then place each piece into your crock pot. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, oil, garlic, onion, and red pepper. Once combined, pour over the chicken pieces. Set your crock pot to low, and cook for 3 to 4 hours. When the chicken is done, remove from the pot and set aside. With the sauce left in the pot, add a little bit of cornstarch and water and whisk until the sauce has thickened. Once you have a sauce you like, put the chicken back in and coat with the sauce. Serve alone or with rice or quinoa!
