A slow cooker makes pork butt roast easy to prepare! This dish is simple yet delectable!

1× 5 lb Boneless Pork Should Roast
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Peppercorn
6 Small Tomatoes
6 Small Potatoes


Trim any fat from the roast; rinse and pat dry the roast. Rub the roast with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season the roast with salt and pepper. Then cut it in half. Place the pork in a lightly greased crock pot. Trickle the 1 teaspoon of peppercorn on top. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until the pork is tender. Add the tomatoes and potatoes to the crock pot. Cook until tender. Transfer the pork to a plate. Serve the tomatoes and potatoes over fresh lettuce.

Helpful Tips:

If you want more flavor, then add red bell peppers!
