|4– 6||Boneless, skinless chicken breasts|
|3 cans||Cream of Chicken Soup|
|6 Tbsp||(1/3 Cup) Lemon Juice|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
Place chicken breasts in crock pot. In a bowl stir together soup, milk, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 6 hours. Add salt and pepper, if desired.
Makes a delicious gravy that we love to serve over white rice. Add cranberry sauce as a delightful side dish to this meal.
