This easy crock pot recipe cooks chicken breasts in cream of chicken soup and lemon juice, making a tangy sauce to serve over rice.

  • Servings: 4 to 6


4– 6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
½ cup Milk
6 Tbsp (1/3 Cup) Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Cooked Rice


Place chicken breasts in crock pot. In a bowl stir together soup, milk, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 6 hours. Add salt and pepper, if desired.

Helpful Tips:

Makes a delicious gravy that we love to serve over white rice. Add cranberry sauce as a delightful side dish to this meal.
